You are invited to the 2025 NJ NENA CONFERENCE AND TRADE SHOW to be held at Harrah’s Casino Resort in Atlantic City. The conference will be held November 10- 12. We look forward to seeing you there!
REGISTER
Our sessions are divided into 3 different groups so whether you are a Telecommunicator, Supervisor or Administrator, there will be a session for you to attend during the 3 day event. Vendors will be setting up Monday morning Nov. 10th in the Exhibit Hall and will open with a lunch at 12:00 pm and will conclude at 4:30 pm Tuesday afternoon. There will plenty of time to visit with each Vendor during the 2 days that they will be Exhibiting. Please make every effort to show your support to our Vendors.

Below are Exhibitor and Sponsorship opportunities for the 2025 NJ NENA Conference and Trade Show
Levels of Exhibitor:
Gold Exhibitor ($2,875.00) – Shows you are a leader in the 9-1-1 industry. Your company name and/or logo will be prominently displayed on banners, programs, and prominently on the NJ-NENA website. A link to your company website from the NJ-NENA website will be established. This level also gives you the option of a second adjacent booth at no extra charge and conference admission for 4 representatives.
Silver Exhibitor: ($1,575.00) – Shows your strong commitment to the 9-1-1 industry. Benefits of this level include your company name and/or logo displayed on banners, programs and prominently on the NJ-NENA website. A link to your company website from the NJ-NENA website will be established. This level also gives you the option of a second adjacent booth at a discounted rate of $700.00 and conference admission for 3 representatives.
Exhibitor: ($1075.00) – At this level your company name will be displayed on the programs and the NJNENA website. A link to your company website from the NJ-NENA website will be established. There is no option available for a double booth at this level. This level gives you conference admission for 2 representatives.
Paid Booth Representatives: If you wish to have extra representatives (other than those allotted with the level of exhibition that you choose) the fee is $200.00 per representative for both days. Each exhibitor is allowed no more than 2 additional representatives for their booth at the conference.
In additions to the above Exhibitors, the following Sponsorships are available to be added to your exhibitor registration or by themselves if you are unable to exhibit at the conference:
Pool Cocktail Party: ($2,500.00) – Sponsor the pool night cocktail party for the event. Sponsors companies name will be prominently displayed during the cocktail party and noted on the NJ NENA event website.
Vendor Welcome Event: ($1,00.00) – Sponsor the welcoming night cocktail party for the event. Sponsors companies name will be prominently displayed during the Event and noted on the NJ NENA event website.
Lunch Sponsor: ($750.00) – Sponsor a lunch for the event. Sponsors companies name will be prominently displayed during the lunch and noted on the NJ NENA event website.
Breakfast Sponsor: ($500.00) – Sponsor a breakfast for the event. Sponsors companies name will be prominently displayed during the breakfast and noted on the NJ NENA event website.
Break Sponsor: ($350.00) – Sponsor a Morning or Afternoon Break for the event. Sponsors companies name will be prominently displayed during the break and noted on the NJ NENA event website.
